My love for photography started way back in elementary school when I picked up a little point-and-shoot camera in 2009. Not long after, I saved up for my first “professional” camera — and the rest was history. I spent high school taking senior photos for graduates, family portraits for neighbors, and filling my free time with countless creative shoots with friends (my archived Facebook albums are a scary place!)

In college, photography came back to me again as I began shooting senior portraits for soon-to-be graduates and marketing photos for small local businesses. After graduation, I launched an interior design firm with my best friend (shameless plug: LS Design Studio), where I now shoot all of our portfolio work alongside the design work.

Life took another beautiful turn when I met my now-husband, and this year, we welcomed our daughter, Adeline. She sparked a new feeling in me — a deep need to freeze time and a renewed passion for capturing special moments in my life and others’.

Photography has been woven into every season of my life, and I can’t wait to use it to capture every season of yours, too.
